I’m giving Wolfe’s five stars.

My house had dirty and stained carpets, mainly due to the presence of my many teens and a puppy. The man giving me the phone quote turned out to be the owner (Chris I think), and he was very pleasant and informative. I needed ‘next-day’ service due to an unexpected visit from the landlord. Chris shuffled the schedule to make that happen.

When the tech came out (on time and with a call in advance), he walked through the place and we talked about the stains that would be difficult. They included;

* Girls room, cosmetics and some very difficult to identify hardened stuff.

* Teen boys room, dirty, and God only knows what stains, grease maybe? And an odor that can only be described as “teen boys room.”

* Discoloration in the dining room where I’d used an area carpet under the dining room table.

* All over the house, stains from a puppy who is almost finally housetrained, thankfully.

I didn’t expect miracles, and have been thinking that the carpets will need to be replaced when we move out. I’ve been grieving the loss of my rather substantial deposit in advance.

The tech (his name is Orion, son of the owner) spent three hours or so and did a miraculous job! Only two stains (teen girls room, unidentified hard spots) proved impossible to fully remove, but they’re nearly invisible now. The rest of the stains are completely gone, and my house looks (and smells) wonderful!

I don’t gush on reviews often (check my history and see), but this was a few hundred dollars very well spent. Use the online coupon ($50 off if you’re over $300). They were friendly, professional, and very transparent. A pleasure to deal with.

For those of you who’ve seen my other reviews, you know that I’m “alternative lifestyle.” From an LGBT perspective Wolfe’s was perfect. My orientation wasn’t an issue at all.
