Orion did an excellent job on our very old, berber carpet that had multiple spots and stains when we bought the house. The spots looked like they had raised puppies in the LR yet there was no bad odor. We learned so much about our particular carpet from the Tech, who was impressively knowledgeable and thorough. He worked very hard and the carpet including the stairs came out looking way better than we had hoped for such an old, well worn carpet.
