Hi Chris,

I just wanted to thank you for all of your help over the past few years. It is very comforting to know that you and your technicians are ready to take care of all of our carpet cleaning needs when we call. It seems like we always need service in a hurry when we have old tenants moving out and new tenants moving in, but you always seem to be able to accommodate us in a very timely manner. The technicians are always on site when they say they will be and we can count on them to lock up when they are finished. This is a small thing, but it allows us the freedom to do other things while the carpets are being cleaned.

Although I have worked with several of your technicians, I have been fortunate to have Ed on most of my jobs this past year. I just wanted to let you what a pleasure it is to work with him. He is always friendly, shows up on time and consistently does a better job than I anticipate. I really appreciate not having to worry about what to expect when he is on the job. If it can be cleaned……Ed can do it!
